CLUB PROGRAM INFORMATION

This program is designed for wrestlers with two or more years of wrestling experience who are looking to continue developing their skills through year-round training and competition opportunities.

Club practices are held throughout the year with planned strategic breaks built into the schedule. Registration in the Club program automatically includes participation in both the Spring and Fall seasons.

General Information

Annual Registration Fee: $100 per athlete ($200 for kids out of state)

Season dates: August 1 – July 31

Location: Post Falls High School Wrestling Room

Practice Schedule: Practice times and frequency vary throughout the year depending on the season and tournament schedule.

Tournaments:

• Fall Season: Participation in NIWL tournaments

• Winter and Spring Seasons: A combination of local tournaments, travel tournaments, and state competitions

Tournament information and schedules will be updated regularly on the tournament page.

Team Singlet: Team singlets are recommended but not required for participation.

Coaching and Training: Folkstyle, Greco-Roman, Freestyle

Eligibility: Open to wrestlers ages 8–18 with a minimum of two years of wrestling experience.
