USA Membership: $20 Limited Athlete Membership required USA Wrestling Membership

This program is designed for both new and experienced wrestlers. The Fall season practices begin the week of September 21st and continue through the week of November 16th. 

During the season, athletes participate in five local NIWL tournaments. These tournaments are structured to provide an easy registration and welcoming experience for families and athletes who are new to wrestling, while still offering quality competition opportunities for more experienced wrestlers. They also have the option to participate in one high level open tournament The Big Foot Wrestling Tournament ins Spokane.  This tournament offers high level competition and experience. 

General Information:

• Location: Post Falls High School Wrestling Room
• Practice Starts: Monday September 21st
• Kids aged 4-8: Monday, Wednesday 5:30-6:30PM
• Kids aged 9-14: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:30-8:00PM
• The above schedule is typical but may adjust to account for school activities.  Pick up a full schedule on the first day of practice or see the calendar page for updates.  
• Tournaments: Information Listed on Tournament Page
• Team Singlet: Not required but recommended. You may buy a used team singlet from us for $40 (supply is limited and it is first come), Or you may purchase from the team store. We will buy back team singlets for $20 at the end of the season
